Kuril Islands Dispute on MSN Encarta

Recently, I've resumed spending some of my time researching the Kuril Islands Dispute. I've come across the following article from MSN Encarta:

Smokin... great to know that they are getting their information from a quality source. I'm surprised no-one over there had the initiative to look up the Kuriles on Wikipedia to see the real origins of the name.
